“A connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgment; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship.” – Brene Brown I approach my position as a therapist and my relationship with my clients with the utmost respect and honor. I understand that it’s not easy to reach out when you are in the midst of pain, and it can be even harder to open up. I am passionate about creating a safe space where opening up, healing, and growing is invited. It’s okay if you have trepidation or doubts surrounding the counseling process, and it doesn’t matter if you want to start slow. I meet my clients where they are and help them get to where they want to be.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, and going on hikes. I have one older sister. My sister and both my parents live in Colorado.
