My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and empathy. My style of therapy is open and varies based upon the needs of my client. I believe in an honest, direct approach in which you, the client, will be an active participant. And I meet you where you are in life, and we work towards your goals together. I utilize evidence-based techniques, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Solution-Focused Therapy.
