With a compassionate and reassuring presence, I strive to help each patient feel validated, empowered and motivated in their abilities to live their best lives. I am a clinical psychologist specializing in the area of health psychology and have many years of experience practicing within an integrated, primary care setting. I work collaboratively with patients and the integrated care team in order to identify meaningful and tangible goals, while utilizing evidence-based practices that are tailored to your specific needs. I provide therapeutic support to improve overall health and mental health functioning, in alignment with other goals within the integrated care team.
