I want to empower patients to take control of their own health by providing them with the tools necessary to begin a journey towards health and wellness. I enjoy using manual therapy, exercise prescription and education to facilitate movement, improve physical function and performance, and promote healing.

Why UCHealth I value UCHealth’s mission to improve individual lives and their focus on research and innovation. I enjoy the opportunity to collaborate with other medical professionals, and work as part of an amazing team that prioritizes the goals, beliefs, and needs of their patients.

Hobbies I enjoy weightlifting, hiking, camping and rock climbing. I also enjoy obstacle course racing, and pretty much anything that involves being outside.
