I believe that we can learn so much from our patients if we take the time to listen and understand their concerns. Through open communication, hands-on care, and an individually tailored treatment program, we can work together to build a trusting relationship that is the foundation for a successful rehab.

Kristen joined the UCHealth Inverness team after over a decade in orthopedic private practice. She is board certified in orthopedics, certified in trigger point dry needling, and brings a wealth of experience in orthopedic and sports medicine rehabilitation to the clinic. As a Colorado native and former Division I soccer player at Wake Forest University, Kristen understands both the physical and psychological implications of injury and she is committed to helping athletes at all levels achieve their goals to get back to the activities they love. Kristen is also dedicated to developing future clinicians through her role as a Clinical Instructor and participates in various teaching opportunities at UCHealth, Regis Univsersity, and in the community. When she is not in the clinic, you can find her coaching youth soccer and cheering on her three kids at their sporting events.
