My clinical interests currently include mitigating the risk of overuse injuries in athletes of all ages and helping post-operative patients return to improved performance when compared to prior level of function. I am committed to coordinating with other health care providers to deliver a multidisciplinary approach and am dedicated to utilizing current literature to both deliver evidence-based care and work with each patient to positively impact their quality of life and sport. I believe it takes everyone working together to reach optimal outcomes.
I am initially from a small town in Minnesota but completed a sports residency program at MGH/Northeastern University in Boston. After I found myself spending all my money on plane tickets to CO to hike/ski/run in the mountains, I decided it was only financially smart to make the move. I could not be more excited to join the UCHealth team!
