I believe strongly in patient-centric care with a focus on preventive health. I enjoy all aspects of family medicine, including: newborn, pediatric, adult medicine, sports medicine, dermatology and women’s care.
I was born and raised on the lakes in Minnesota where I attended the University of St. Thomas for a degree in biochemistry and later the University of Minnesota for my medical degree. I trained and practiced full-scope family medicine in northern Colorado for 8 years before relocating to Denver. I am excited to practice in the vibrant Uptown neighborhood of Denver and look forward to establishing long-lasting relationships with my patients in the years to come. I spend much of my free time exploring the fabulous Colorado outdoors: backcountry skiing Berthoud Pass, hiking Indian Peaks, cycling around the Front Range and fly fishing the Arkansas, Poudre and Big Thompson rivers with variable success. I had my first successful elk hunt in 2018 and am always happy to tell you all about the experience!
