With her extensive training in foot and ankle care, board-certified podiatrist Kerry Berg, DPM, is known for helping patients with acute to chronic conditions.
Dr. Berg earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of California, San Diego. She went on to complete her master’s degree in biomedical sciences at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, then finished her doctorate in podiatric medicine at the Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine.
After graduation, Dr. Berg went through an extensive residency program in podiatric medicine and surgery through the Miami Heart Institute. She completed her surgical training at Baptist Memorial Rehabilitation Hospital in Germantown, Tennessee.
Dr. Berg values continuing her education and training in an effort to provide the latest treatment solutions for her patients. She’s board certified through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, and also has a certification in wound care through the American Board of Wound Management.
While Dr. Berg has a special interest in wound management and prevention, she’s able to diagnose and treat a wide variety of foot and ankle ailments, and provide surgical intervention.
When she’s not busy caring for patients, Dr. Berg stays active in her community. She spends her free time skiing, snowboarding, and enjoying the great outdoors in Colorado with her daughter and her dogs.
