I believe in using a combination of manual therapy skills including joint and soft tissue mobilization to improve a patient’s mobility. I believe that coupling these manual skills with appropriate exercise prescription to correct movement dysfunction is the key to restoring pain free motion and activity and returning my patients back to their active lifestyles.
