I believe exceptional hospital medicine is built on two equally important pillars: clinical excellence and genuine human connection. No one wants to be in the hospital — and I hold that truth at the center of every patient encounter. I take the time to truly listen, understand my patients’ concerns, and make sure they feel seen, heard and cared for. My goal is to be the provider patients trust not just for my medical knowledge, but for my presence, my compassion and my commitment to being there for them through one of the most vulnerable times of their lives.
Outside of medicine, I’m a mom to two kids who keep me busy exploring the mountains — whether that’s on a mountain bike trail or out on a run. Colorado’s outdoors have become a big part of our family life, and that time in nature keeps me grounded and energized for the work I do.

Hospital medicine, critical care and medical education. I completed a Critical Care fellowship at Mayo Clinic and spent several years in a trauma ICU before focusing on hospital medicine — a specialty I’ve called home throughout my career. I’m deeply passionate about training and supporting the next generation of providers, and I’ve built an educational platform specifically designed to help new hospitalists and interns navigate inpatient medicine with confidence.
