I believe patients should be treated like I would want my family treated — with compassion combined with comprehensive care.
Why UCHealth? UCHealth is on the cutting edge of medicine. I wanted to be a part of an organization that values innovation and also focuses on improving overall patient care and the patient experience. Why did you get into this profession? My grandfather was a surgeon and loved taking care of people. I wanted to follow in his footsteps and help as many people as I could. I chose sleep medicine because when patients have poor sleep, it affects their entire body and becomes overwhelming and frustrating. When patients finally get adequate sleep, the overall effect is amazing. Hobbies: I love to ski and travel with my family. I love to cook and enjoy making homemade pasta. Family/Volunteer information: I have 2 sons, Alex and Brady. My husband is a pulmonary/critical care physician.
