I approach the delivery of health care on a personal level. I believe that the patient-provider relationship is the most important foundation for effective communication. I strive to create a trusting environment and educate patients regarding their health and the care that they are receiving from me. I treat every patient as a whole, not just their current condition or concern.
I was born and raised in south Georgia, and no matter what state I am in, I am always in a southern state of mind! I have been practicing for 12 years as a physician assistant here in Colorado Springs. I am a crazy dog lover with four fur-legged babies at home. The road to my heart is definitely paved in paw prints! I enjoy traveling, although I do not make enough time to do as much as I would like. I have a competitive spirit; therefore, I love playing games, sports and playing a little blackjack every now and again! I have a sincere desire to help others and make a positive impact on the lives of others.
