A CU Medicine provider.

I believe in informed practices that emphasize patient-driven values and evidence-based care for individuals in need of improving their quality of lives in spite of adversity, trauma, injury, and/or disease.

I enjoy outdoor activities, including hiking, running, standup paddle boarding, skiiing, & swimming. My guilty pleasure is reading watching crime novels and movies.
