I strive to provide holistic, evidence-based, patient-centered care to help people attain their best health and highest level of function. I believe that a person’s physical, psychological, spiritual, and social well-being are inextricably linked and I do my best to address these issues to the extent that my scope of practice allows.

I grew up in a small town in rural Maine but moved to New Hampshire, Rhode Island, North Carolina, Colorado, Vermont, and then finally settled in Colorado. In my free time, I enjoy hiking, rock climbing, mountain biking, skiing, horseback riding, triathlon, CrossFit, and powerlifting. I currently live in Fort Collins with my partner, three cats, and two dogs.
