Prior to medical school, I was an art major, worked for a functional medicine chiropractor, and graduated with a degree in nutritional sciences. I like to use my unique background to provide evidence-based, root-cause care to my patients and a personalized approach to each specific person. My passions are preventive care, women’s health, dermatology and osteopathic manipulative therapy (OMT).

I visited Fort Collins as a freshman in high school during a cheer camp and, since then, I knew this was where I belonged. I went to CSU for undergrad and have lived in northern Colorado since then. I have two young children and a wonderful, supporting husband. Outside of work, you’ll find me at Trader Joe’s, Homegoods, or on the trails running or biking.
