Prior to joining palliative care, I gained nearly 10 years of high acuity experience across neurosurgery, orthopedic/spine, and reconstructive surgery. My career has been built in a multidisciplinary setting, including the operating room and at the bedside. My approach to patient care focuses on prioritizing quality of life, clarifying goals of care and helping patients and families understand complex medical treatments.
