Relationships are one of the most important aspects to me when working with others and through life. I believe we find ourselves in various relationships throughout our days, weeks and lives. My philosophy appears to involve getting to know one another on the client’s time. I choose to focus on aspects of one’s life when they are ready and willing to identify goals and work towards them. Therapy comes with a lot of emotions and I work with clients to make those emotions feel most comfortable.
I have grown up in Northern Colorado and enjoy all it has to offer: lakes for boating, mountains for hiking, trails for running, etc.

My clinical interests involve working with kids and those who support and work with them. Whether you are family or other supports, I choose to take that time to assess needs for all. Those that have experienced trauma, grief and loss hold a special place for me as well. Through COVID-19, I believe we have all experienced grief and I hope to work with those processing changes in life that may have brought.
