I strive to provide thorough, compassionate, and evidence-based care by listening to my patients, treating them as an individual, and building a trusting relationship. I want my patients to understand their disease state and treatment options, including lifestyle approaches that can make a difference. We then work together to determine the best plan of care. Over time, I equip my patients with the tools they need to empower them in their disease management.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me with my family, outdoors, or at a coffee shop. I love spending time with my husband, daughter, and our two dogs. My husband and I like to ski and mountain bike together. I like to take my daughter and dogs with me on a run (only one at a time though!). We all like going to coffee shops together. I love espresso coffee and the science behind how to extract a great shot of espresso to make a yummy latte.
