Medicine is a team-based approach between the patient and all of the providers that care for them. The goal is to come to a mutual understanding between the patient and myself on what the expected goals of care are and to help the patient achieve these goals. All of the care I provide is tailored to each patient as no two patients are alike, and this helps patient’s stay in control of their health and the care they receive. Furthermore, all the care I provide is evidence-based medicine, and the recommendations I convey to educate my patients follows this basic principle.

I graduated from Emory University’s undergraduate business program with a degree in finance, but made a sudden change in career to medicine due to it being a more fulfilling career path for myself. I attended Ross University School of Medicine for medical school and then moved to Dayton, OH to complete my residency training in Internal Medicine through Wright State University. During residency, I cared for patients at the Dayton VA Medical Center, Wright Patterson Air Force Base, and Miami Valley Hospital. After my training, my wife and I moved to Columbus, OH where I joined the faculty to be an Assistant Professor of Clinical Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. After three years there and right after the birth of our daughter, we decided to move closer to where we had family and for a lifestyle change, and this is what brought us to Denver, CO. Initially in Denver, I practiced Inpatient Internal Medicine at St. Anthony Hospital for 2.5 years and then I transitioned to Primary Care with UCHealth. During my free time, I run, ski, hike and travel as much as I can with my wife and kids. Finally, I am currently pursuing my Executive MBA in Healthcare Administration at CU Denver.
