Kami works in collaboration with Dr. Robert Juhala as a single primary care team in order to provide the best access and care possible for their patients. Whether you see Kami or Dr. Juhala in office, feel assured that both are here to serve your needs, in any capacity. They communicate regularly to provide the most seamless care possible.

Kami believes that professional collaboration, with an emphasis on preventative care, is an important part of modern health care. She strives for a good patient-provider relationship with thoughtful listening and joint decision-making as often as possible. She is available through face-to-face office visits, as well as virtual visits, depending on patients’ individual, unique needs. She holds same day appointments as often as possible in order to accommodate acute needs, but also reserves daily appointments for preventative examinations and wellness visits.

She earned a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science in North Chicago, IL and a Bachelor’s degree in both Molecular and Cellular Biology and Spanish from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign.
