As an integrative family medicine physician, I believe in partnering with my patients to provide holistic, whole-person care.
My favorite part of being a primary care physician is forming relationships with my patients over time, hearing their stories and working collaboratively to make a healthcare plan that supports their goals.
In addition to providing chronic disease management, I hope to foster solid foundations of health through discussions of nutrition, physical activity, stress reduction, and mental/emotional/spiritual well-being.
After growing up in northwestern New Mexico and attending the University of New Mexico (Go Lobos!) for both undergraduate studies and medical school, I moved to San Diego to complete my Family Medicine Residency at UC San Diego.
In 2025 I completed my Integrative Medicine Fellowship from the University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine.
I’m excited to now call Colorado home!
Outside of work I love to read, practice yoga, swim, play tennis, and spend time with my husband, young daughter, and 2 dogs.
