A CU Medicine provider.

My care philosophy centers on respect, compassion, and partnership across all aspects of your health. Whether supporting pregnancy, birth, gynecological care, or ongoing wellness, I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered. Understanding that many carry trauma, I approach care with sensitivity and patience, honoring your unique story and choices.

When I’m not working, I recharge by moving, exploring new places, and connecting with the people around me.
