Jorid started with UCHealth in September of 2025. She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at Montana State University. She is passionate about the human body and finding creative and efficient ways to optimize mobility in order to improve the quality of life of her patients!
She is experienced with countless orthopedic injuries and various neurological conditions. She is especially familiar and adept at treating people with back pain as well as hip and knee pathologies and enjoys working with older athletes. She is a registered yoga instructor and has been teaching since 2009, in multiple countries including Norway and Australia. She has taken advanced manual therapy courses including; Functional Mobilization I and PNF I through the Institute of Physical Art based out of her hometown, Steamboat Springs, CO. She is also certified in dry needling. In her free time, you can find her exploring the mountains by foot, bike, or skis with her two dogs, husband, and son. She also enjoys traveling the world, live music, and sharing a good meal with friends and family.
