I believe that success in therapy starts with a therapeutic relationship that provides safety, connection and hope. Together with you, we set goals for how therapy will help you feel better, improve relationships, and pursue meaning and purpose in life. My approach to therapy has two objectives. First, I help you build skills for mindfulness, emotional regulation and tolerating distress. Second, I guide you to develop insight that will enrich your sense of self, relationships with others and experience in the world.
I live in Wheat Ridge with my husband, our three kids and two dogs. Our family likes to camp, hike, see movies on the big screen, and play cards and board games. My solo pastimes include reading and NY Times puzzles.
