I believe in building a strong, trusting patient-provider relationship. By building good rapport and having open conversations about health and well-being, clients are able to make better, more-informed decisions. It is my goal to help you be in the best physical and mental health, and to understand what that means to you. Nursing is the foundation of my education, and so compassion, communication, education are all important aspects of the care I hope to deliver to my clients.

I may live in the Snowy Range of Laramie, but my heart will always belong to Connecticut where I was raised. I have a very busy home with my husband and three children. We love to watch movies together and go on trips into the mountains to watch for moose and other wildlife. I enjoy listening to music, specifically, salsa, merengue, bachata, EDM and reggaeton. I like to read when I have the time, mostly thrillers, memoirs, and suspense. And as with any parent, I enjoy sleep!

Clinical interest for patients

I am interested in working with clients on advocating for their health. I enjoy working closely with clients on identifying ways for them to actively participate in decision-making so as to improve their heart health. This can be from healthy lifestyle changes such as eating habits, cardiovascular exercise, and self-care to discussing success and failures with medications, responses to various treatments and next steps in their care.
