As a first generation college student, I enjoy taking care of patients from different backgrounds. I believe in patient autonomy. I see my responsibility as a physician as providing patients with education and guidance, then assisting them in making the best decision for their situation.
I strive to support the hospital nursing staff and ensure open communication. I also believe clear communication to primary care providers is essential to ensuring good patient outcomes after discharge.
Modern medicine and guidelines are constantly changing. I frequently reference medical journals and resources to aide in providing the best care possible to my patients.
I was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. I completed residency at Northwestern University in Chicago, IL.
