My philosophy of care is grounded in compassion, integrity and a deep commitment to patient-centered healthcare. I believe in treating each individual with dignity and respect, recognizing that every patient brings a unique story, background and set of needs that must be considered in their care.

I view healthcare as a partnership between provider and patient. My role is not only to diagnose and treat, but also to listen, educate and empower. I strive to create an environment where patients feel heard, valued and involved in their care decisions. This collaborative approach fosters trust, enhances outcomes and promotes long-term wellness.

I am committed to evidence-based practice and lifelong learning to ensure the highest standard of care.

Ultimately, my goal is to not only treat illness, but to promote wellness—physically, mentally and emotionally—while serving as a compassionate and competent advocate for every patient I encounter.

I met my husband while we were both attending Colorado State University, and since then, we have built a wonderful life together with our two children and our dog. Family is at the center of everything I do, and I value the balance between a fulfilling professional life and meaningful time at home.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors—whether hiking, playing with the kids and dog, or simply soaking up the fresh air with my family and friends. These moments help me stay grounded, energized and connected, both personally and professionally.
