As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my philosophy of care is rooted in the belief that every individual holds inherent worth, resilience and the capacity for growth, regardless of the challenges they face. Life transitions—whether related to health, family, work, or social environments—can be complex, disruptive and deeply personal. My role is to provide a safe, compassionate and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore these changes, gain clarity and build the tools they need to move forward with confidence and purpose.
I approach care through a holistic, strengths-based and person-centered lens. This means honoring each person’s unique lived experience while recognizing the interplay between emotional, physical, social and environmental factors in shaping well-being. I am committed to walking alongside clients as they navigate grief, identity shifts, role changes or unexpected life events—empowering them to reconnect with their values, relationships and sense of agency.
Grounded in evidence-based practices and cultural humility, I strive to foster collaborative therapeutic relationships that support self-discovery, resilience and healing. Whether a client is adjusting to a new health diagnosis, experiencing changes in family dynamics, transitioning careers or facing social isolation, my goal is to help them process, adapt and thrive.
When I am not working, my three children keep me busy with school, sports and evening extracurricular activities. I am from California, however have lived in Wyoming for many years and enjoy the slower pace of living here. I enjoy a good binge worthy TV show, snowboarding, beach days and visiting family on the West Coast. I have a passion for cooking, organization and a good laugh.
