I enjoy educating and providing therapeutic options and interventions to treat pain specific to each individual. By giving options to my patients, they are empowered to have control over their health, thereby improving their quality of life and well-being.
Prior to my experience in pain medicine, I worked in nephrology managing and providing care for patients with acute and chronic kidney disease, as well as dialysis and kidney transplant patients.
I have a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine from Colorado State University. I also have a bachelor of nursing degree from the University of Northern Colorado. I worked as a registered nurse for 13 years before attending Regis University where I graduated with honors with a family nurse practitioner master’s degree.
I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, and prioritize my physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
I have two teenage daughters, a fiancé and two Labrador Retrievers. I enjoy trail running, cycling, lifting, reading, music concerts and travel. She especially enjoys the simplicity of spending time with her family and friends.
