I believe that the best outcomes are achieved when care is provided collaboratively with the patient’s goals at the forefront. I enjoy utilizing a combination of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise to optimize movement. UCHealth is a unique environment for care, with close communication between all providers which allows for improved patient care at each visit. However, despite being part of a large healthcare system, each appointment provides the appropriate amount of time to receive high quality care.

I grew up in Vermont and began swimming at the age of 7 and continued with this sport through college, swimming Division I for the University of Utah. After my collegiate career in swimming ended, I stayed in Salt Lake City as a volunteer coach for the team for an additional year. Now, I enjoy outdoor activities of Colorado, including hiking and running, but still love to treat swimmers.
