As a Licensed Professional Counselor, specializing in trauma-related anxiety/depression and relational/family conflict, I have a passion for connection and collaboration as part of the healing process. With over 5 years of experience in behavioral health, I have spent most of my career serving families, adolescents and adults using a variety of strength-based and evidenced- based practices including DBT (Certified), CBT, TF-CBT(Certified) and Functional Family Therapy (Certified). I focus on the mind-body connection and believes a holistic approach can lead to more effective and lasting outcomes for individuals.

I enjoy being outdoors with my family, reading, playing violin, traveling and crafting.
