I have been a Physical Therapist since 1989. Since 2007, I have specialized in treating functional deficits in oncology patients. I also have a special interest in the role of exercise in improving quality of life and tolerance of ongoing treatment for patients with advanced cancers. I’m a certified lymphedema therapist with an interest in head and neck cancer. Other settings I have worked in include: outpatient orthopedics, acute rehabilitation, Level 1 trauma, regional burn center, general acute care and skilled nursing rehabilitation. I received my undergraduate degree from CSU, Fresno; and completed my doctoral degree at Des Moines University.
