My practice is grounded in evidence-based medicine, with a focus on preventative care and chronic disease management. I prioritize clear communication and a collaborative approach, working closely with my patients to build strong, trusting relationships. My goal is to empower individuals to understand their health and make informed decisions, tailoring care to meet each person’s unique needs.
I am a board-certified internal medicine physician with a strong foundation in both military and civilian healthcare. I earned my medical degree from Touro College of Osteopathic Medicine in Harlem, New York, and completed my internal medicine residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas. After eight years of military service, I relocated to Denver, where I’m proud to bring my experience and commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care to the local community. Outside of medicine, I enjoy skiing, hiking Colorado’s many trails and playing hockey.
