As a family medicine physician, I believe the foundation of excellent care begins with actively listening to my patients. I strive to build long-term, trusting relationships that allow me to understand each person’s unique story, values and goals. My goal is to be your dependable partner in health; working together to promote wellness, prevent illness and navigate challenges across every stage of life.

Outside of medicine, I treasure spending time with my wife, our young son, and our rambunctious golden retriever as we enjoy everything Colorado has to offer. You can find us exploring downtown, skiing in the winter, or hiking and camping in the mountains. I also enjoy my down time at home tending to my garden and playing the ukulele.
