Dr. Linsky was born in Kansas but spent the majority of her childhood in Arkansas. She completed her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences and her pediatric residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital. She also completed a chief residency at Arkansas Children’s Hospital where she had a particular interest in early childhood reading and was the site coordinator for the Reach Out and Read Program.

Dr. Linsky moved from New England where she was the director of a community hospitalist program. She lives in Colorado Springs with her husband and their two children.

She is board certified in pediatric medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
