Are life events held you back from who you want to be? Are there areas in your life that are holding you back from who you want to be? Are there struggles with communicating with your significant other or children? Anxiety, depression, traumas, family, divorce, educational struggles or personal conflicts are hurdles that get in the way of your true self. I look to provide an environment that is conducive to allow for personal growth and awareness. During our time together, we will find therapeutic approaches that works best for your needs of self-enlightenment. Our goal will be to get you back on the path to where you want to go.
When I am not at work, I am usually hiking on a mountain somewhere with my family and dogs. We also enjoy hanging out around a firepit burning marshmallows, wood crafts, board games, and spending time with good friends and family.
