I believe the taking care of the whole person is important. I try to always consider the “Biopsychosocial” aspects of keeping people Healthy, Happy and Hopeful. My experiences with patients and life in general have continued to hone how I approach my care. I strongly feel that health and life rely on the science of medicine as well as a number of other philosophies. My approach to my patients’ care is to select the best blend of this. Sometimes this may be a prescription at other times it may be a book or podcast recommendation.

I enjoy writing, cycling and cooking. I am married with two kids, one still in college the other paying most of their bills.
