Dr. Moore graduated summa cum laude from UCLA in 1996 with a B.S. in biochemistry, and then pursued his medical training at University of California at Irvine. After triple board certification in internal medicine, hematology and medical oncology, he moved to Colorado in 2006 and has been in medical practice ever since. Dr. Moore has been extensively involved in clinical trials and research over the years and has multiple abstracts and publications in his name. Currently he is Assistant Clinical Professor with University of Colorado School of Medicine, CSU Branch Campus. Although Dr. Moore cares for a variety of cancers and blood conditions, his main interests include genitourinary malignancies (prostate, kidney, bladder) and brain tumors.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Moore enjoys time with his lovely wife Michelle and daughter Autumn Joy, and actively pursues many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking and winter sports. He can oftentimes be found roaming the deserts of Moab, UT, or climbing the high mountains of Colorado. Dr. Moore is most proud of climbing Mount Whitney at age 11, achieving Eagle Scout at age 16 and recently climbing all 58 of Colorado’s “fourteeners.”
