Jacob is originally from Minnesota, where he graduated from University of Saint Thomas in St. Paul, MN to hold a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. He later attended Colorado State University to receive his Master of Occupational Therapy degree. He specializes in promoting independence in children with poor self-regulation skills, executive functioning deficits, and limited purposeful play skills. Working with families to find functional solutions that don’t cause unneeded stress is a crucial element to how he develops an intervention plan. Outside of work, some of his hobbies include rock climbing, camping, reading, and trail running.
