I value developing relationships with patients and working with patients to develop a collaborative care plan. I enjoy the educational role of being a physician. I am an active listener. I feel comfortable acknowledging I may not know the answer to a patient’s medical concerns but will work to provide the answers. I have a good sense of humor and find there are times when laughter can be good medicine.
I am married to Margaret and we have 2 adult children. I have practiced 30 years providing primarily adult and geriatric medicine in rural Minnesota. We moved to Colorado Springs for less winter, bugs and humidity.
