Life and it’s inherent hardships happen to us all and can leave us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and out of ideas. Sometimes, you may need extra support and a safe space to help sort through it all. For more than 20 years now, I have been honored to help people of all ages and walks of life figure out how to reach their goals and, if needed, to resolve any past burdens that may be keeping them from the life they deserve. I believe the most effective therapeutic relationships are grounded in mutual trust and connection. I utilize an atmosphere of warmth, caring, and hope as I help clients access their own strength, wisdom, and healing. I have many years of training and experience using CBT, EMDR, and IFS modalities, and will partner with your primary care provider to give you the best care possible.
I am married with two teen daughters and an adult stepdaughter. During these busy parenting years, we spend most of our free time supporting their sports and school activities. I also love to read, listen to podcasts, and laugh with my people.
