I graduated from Charleston Southern University with a BS in Athletic Training in 2016 and University of Utah with my MS in Sports Medicine in 2018. I have been working as a certified athletic trainer for 6 years in both collegiate and high school setting. I believe that athletic trainers are the first line of defense of healthcare in athletics and sports medicine. Prevention is key but when injuries occur, we are there. My personal approach to healthcare is all an all-encompassing and well-rounded approach to assisting patients with all their needs, whether it is an acute traumatic injury or long-term preventative programming to improve my patient’s performance in sport or in their daily lives. I want to my patients to be able to keep doing what they love.
