My goal as a provider is to work as a team with each patient to create an individualized plan of care. I strive to take the time to listen and build a treatment plan together.
Born and raised in Colorado, I received my undergraduate degrees in psychology and integrative physiology from CU Boulder. I have experience and exposure in a variety of medical settings, including living and volunteering in hospitals in South Africa and Sri Lanka.
When not in the office, I can be found spending time with my partner and boxer pup. I also enjoy doing almost anything outdoors including volleyball, snowboarding and mountain biking.
