My philosophy of care as a primary care APP centers on building meaningful connections with patients while partnering with them to thoughtfully solve the problems that impact their health. I believe that trust and open communication are the foundation of effective care, and I strive to create a space where patients feel heard, respected and comfortable sharing their concerns. By taking time to understand each person’s goals, values and daily challenges, I can help develop practical, individualized care plans that feel manageable rather than overwhelming. I am especially committed to reducing the stress and confusion that often surround health management by breaking down complex information into clear, actionable steps and supporting patients in making sustainable changes. Through collaboration, counseling and compassionate listening, I aim to empower patients to feel confident, supported and in control of their health journey.
I live in Fort Collins with my husband and 3-year-old border collie named Ivy. We love to get outdoors in our free time; biking, hiking, playing tennis and pickleball.
