I approach patient care with an emphasis of providing education and recommendations through a compassionate and collaborative framework. I value working as part of an interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their long-term health goals. I also value caring for the patient as a whole person through building a trusting and respectful patient-provider relationship.
I am originally from Colorado Springs and I am fortunate to live in a beautiful state surrounded by a wonderful community of friends and family. In my free time, I enjoy staying active with tennis, golf, weightlifting, skiing and scuba diving. I love to travel (I have been to 6 continents!) and spend time with my golden retriever, Wellie.
