My approach as a physician is to collaborate with my patients for their health and goals. I strive to educate my patients and act as a consultant, supporting them in making informed decisions. I bring to the consultation my comprehensive training in medical care across the lifespan as a board-certified family physician, as well as my additional expertise in lifestyle medicine (diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, social connection and refraining from harmful use of substances) and my background in biochemistry, psychology, and public and population health. I am committed to evidence-based, scientific and patient-centered primary care.
I live in Estes Park, and I am originally from Boulder, Colorado. I love to hike, ski, play music and enjoy the mountains with my family, dogs and friends.
