I strive to meet patients where they are to meet their health goals. I enjoy working with all ages, genders, individuals, families and support persons to help our patients feel welcome, safe and that they can trust the care they are receiving. Through education and working together, I feel that we can help to improve and maintain health to the best of our abilities. There is not a one size fits all for health, so with working together, we can individualize your care.
I enjoy most any outdoor activities – biking, hiking, skiing, rafting, hiking and all of the other Colorado fun things to do. I am married, have one daughter and a Golden Retriever named Sawyer. When I’m not at work, I enjoy travel and volunteering with Sawyer as an animal-assisted therapy team.
