I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), which is an evidence-based approach that is effective in treating a wide range of mental health needs and concerns. This is including but not limited to; anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma and much more. I believe your thoughts impact how you feel, and how you feel will impact how you behave. I strive to build a collaborative therapeutic relationship with those seeking out mental health care and believe challenging negative thought patterns can improve our overall quality of life as well as our mental health. Life is challenging and stressful enough; if we can build healthier coping mechanisms and foster resilience, we can all learn to grow and thrive as individuals positively impacting our personal lives, families, and communities. In turn, this helps us to maintain lasting positive change to our mental health and overall wellbeing. I look forward to assisting you in your mental health journey.
