I am a compassionate and empathetic provider who believes in a well-rounded, patient-centered approach to care. I take the time to listen to my patients’ stories, understanding their unique goals and priorities to guide shared decision-making. My philosophy is rooted in strengthening health from within, while utilizing medicine as a valuable tool to enhance quality of life, improve functionality, and reduce pain. Using surgical intervention when necessary. My goal is to empower patients to live fuller, more active lives with a holistic and evidence-based approach to their well-being.
I am a Colorado native, born and raised in northern Colorado. Growing up surrounded by the beautiful mountains and countless days of sunshine has allowed me to stay active outdoors, whether playing soccer, working out or spending time with my dog. Coming from a Latin background, I also have a deep appreciation for cooking and music, which bring me joy and a sense of connection to my culture. I love embracing an active and balanced lifestyle, both personally and professionally, and I strive to bring that same energy into my patient care.
