Additional Information: Francisco is from Brownsville, TX and moved to Colorado Springs in 2011. He first graduated from the University of Texas at Brownsville with a B.S. in Biology/Chemistry in 2003. From there, he graduated from The University of Texas at El Paso with a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy in 2007 and a transitional Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University in Virginia in 2014. His focus primarily is in orthopedic rehabilitation including post-surgical, sports rehab, acute and chronic pain. In addition, he also performs Functional Capacity Evaluations to determine physical abilities and limitations for return to work and disability, as well as Work Conditioning training. In 2021, Frank became certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
